Roofing is the easiest trade in which to oversell, because almost nobody climbs up to check. That is exactly why we photograph everything and hand you the pictures.
If a repair will see you right for another ten years, that is what we quote for. We would rather do four repairs for one household over twenty years than one unnecessary re-roof.
